Abstract: |
The traditional concept is to carry out sudden emergencies at all costs to win victory in the process of handling the sudden, that longer meet the current requirements at the funds is contradiction between supply and demand. As a project dealing with the emergency action, we apply project management in controlling the cost of disposing conflict. First construct mathematical model of cost control at disposing conflict, and study the problem of minimizing the cost of disposing conflict. Then give specific recommendation of reducing costs of disposing conflict. This paper interpret cost controlling of disposing conflict at mathematics for the first time, which has some theoretical value of innovation.
