Abstract: |
In this paper, the emergency management for large-scale sporting events has been studied systematically. The analyses are made on the types, features and subsequent damages of emergencies during the events, and also the problems existing in the management are examined. Appropriate countermeasures are proposed based on the three aspects of emergency response: awareness, system and mechanism, for the purpose of offering the references for the emergency management in large sporting events in the future.
