Wenzhou is the birthplace of private economy and the debt crisis of small and medium enterprises taken place inWenzhoureflects some problems accumulated in the process of developing for Chinese small and medium enterprises. It is of significance with samples to analyze deeply the origin of the crisis from the macro and micro level and search for the resolving channel for the debt crisis for small and medium enterprises.
