Abstract: With the new financial markets gradually forming, government documents support the commercial banks to provide business enterprise of business loans as main financing support. Ｔhere are several problems in commercial bank risk management. The paper takes Chongqing bank’s "QiDongLi" business loan business as an example to analysis these problems, and constructs the risk management system which includes regime, professional talents and risk measure.
