Abstract: This paper introduces the application of BT mode in urban rail transit at first. Then it divides the risks into systematic risks and non-systematic risks based on the principle that if the risks can be effectively controlled by the main participants and analyses these risks. The paper also tries to share the risks according to the general principles of risk sharing. It makes some recommendations for the risk management of urban rail transit BT mode in the end.
