In accordance with the analysis of internet environment in our country, this paper firstly introduces the listed company’s concrete characteristics of network public sentiment; secondly, it elaborates current conditions of company’s management control as to network public sentiment; eventually, it places more emphasis on the phase of early warning, the curing phase, and the recovery phase afterwards, and puts forward the author’s personal opinions with regard to the concrete problems.
