Abstract: |
The safety and risk game plays a crucial role in the process of cultivating and developing new strategic industries. There are various risks involved in this process, namely, accident risk, environment risk, technology risk, market risk, benefit risk, funding risk and management risk. Safety and risk are two contradictory parts of an integral whole, and they are constantly involved in a game relation, which means that one naturally rises as the other falls. The significance, objective and main task of the game and management of safety and risk is to enhance security and prevent risk. In this paper, we attempt to design several models of the game and management of new strategic industries projects. The paper also proposes five comprehensive countermeasures, as well two ways to strengthen safety management and three suggestions to prevent risk.
