Abstract: |
This article reviews the features and the development status of the pharmaceutical supply chain in China. The high cost, low efficiency, the insensitiveness of responding to the market demands and other issues in supply chain, are attributed to the disability of effectively dealing with the uncertain factors. On account of the uncertainty and competitiveness of the real pharmaceutical market, real options is applied in the decision-making in the pharmaceutical supply chain, which can improve the ability to cope with uncertainty.
