This paper describes the concepts of agricultural products logistics organization, and distinguish the distribution of agricultural products from the logistics of that; and analyzes the problems of logistics of agricultural products, then puts forward the ways to promote the innovation of agricultural products logistics organizations in China, that is from the structure, system and function of the agricultural products logistics organization.
