Abstract: An air controller production factory is taken as the research object and plant area is taken as the research object and the SLP (system layout planning) method is used for analysis of the operating units’ relationship between logistics and non-logistics, comprehensive analysis of the relationship between the operating units to design a plant layout. The purpose of this design is to find the minimum program for arrangement of traffic under the premise of process requirements, at the same time it can make full use of the land area. This research is a typical application of the logistics facilities planning theory and it’s useful for the application of the facilities planning theory.
