Abstract: |
The supply chain management (SCM) is one kind of business management model and the management concept which is produced along with the economic globalization and arrival of information era; it has become the focal attention point of the management world. The article puts SCM theory into practice on the Gannan Navel Orange industry. Applying this theory, the article analyses the situation and problems on supply chain management of Gannan Navel Orange industry, and makes some suggestions on how to strengthen and perfect SCM of Gannan Navel Orange industry.
