The small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are a very important force for the Jiangxi’s economic rising in the central China, the research of the SMEs’ innovation of the models of logistics is important to improve the SMEs’ innovation, the core competencies and the responsiveness, and to realize the process of industrialization of the Jiangxi province. In this paper, it mentions the importance of the innovation of the models of logistics for the SME, the problems the SME will meet, and the major innovation models of logistics.
