Abstract: This studies relied on survey-based empirical methods are very important for reverse logistics on both practice and theory. Because the relatively short time concern and the complexity of reverse logistic, the articles use surveys methodology are rare in international and still in the blank in China. This paper reviews the literature in survey-based reverse logistic empirical research from survey angle, survey content and survey method, and develops propositions to be studied using empirical research methods.
