Through the Jiangxi province Ganzhou city forest right circulation practice survey, this article founds that the city of Ganzhou collective forest right system reform ( forest ) is completed, the collective forestry appears new case and new situation: Collective Woodland forest right is in small and is scattered management pattern; family trees have not been effective development and utilization; the strength of enterprises and consumer expectations are woodland investment in forestry. This paper points out that the forest is divided door case, the integration of effective approach is to make the forest land circulation. This paper analyzes the forest land circulation ways and private forest farm dimensions manage organization forms, puts forward to encouraging circulation of forest land, provides forest land circulation service recommendations and promotes civilian battalion forest development policies and measures.
