Abstract: For solving the scattered and uncertain reverse logistics tasks in the third party logistics services, the conception of optimizing allocation on logistic task and logistic recourses is introduced and initial researches has been made. Thus, a strategy of optimizing allocation on logistic recourses is put forward, which is also aggregated scattered reverse logistics task. Then an optimized matching on third part logistics services will be applied on the aggregated scattered reverse logistics task. More specifically, a mathematics model is established aimed to solve the problems of reverse logistics activity schedule, and the advanced Ant Colony Algorithm is applied to seek the solution while simulation calculation is undertaken to prove its validity. The ultimate purpose of it is to achieve a transformation of resource optimization with the minimizing completing time, and to create a reverse logistics mode of low cost and high efficiency.
