Abstract: Material management is a series of managements aiming to obtain the best economic benefits by organizing, commanding, coordinating and controlling the economic activity during the process of production.Economic Order Quantity method is an important method in Material Management. In this paper, according to practice in enterprise inventory management, the author makes analysis on problems in operation of this method and puts forward some improved methods.
