In the supply chain system, the increasing influence of customer behavior on all parties can’t be ignored. This paper introduces the strategic customer behavior, that is, considering the customer to buy immediately or delay the purchase. Based on the quantity discount contract, study the impact of strategic customer behavior on the seller’s the optimal order quantity by establishing the mathematical models. And further analyse the causes of the results, aiming to provide little guidance to seller’s decision-making in practice.
