In China, urban distribution is growing rapidly, and it still has vast potential, but there are many problems in this progress. We made a systemic analysis on existing problems and its causes, on this basis, we put forward that joint distribution is an effective way to optimize urban distribution, furthermore, the principles and steps for advancing the implementation of joint distribution were made.
