Abstract: |
The modern competition is no longer the competition among the firms, but the competition among the supply chains. Therefore the traditional enterprise-centered management pattern should be changed into modern supply chain management pattern. Through the analysis of the coordination between the governance structure and transaction, this paper presents the governance structure of the supply chain, a theoretical model of supply chain management.
