Abstract: This paper compared the competitiveness negotiations procurement with bidding procurement, and analyzed the status and the action of competitiveness negotiations procurement in the government procurement. According to government procurement characteristic, this paper proposed that the government procurement department should take the competitiveness negotiation method in government procurement, and had pointed the questions must pay attention to when using competitiveness negotiation method in government procurement.
