Abstract: |
According to extenics, considering from the indexes of economy, work flow and customer service, an evaluation index system of property management enterprises competitiveness is put forward, and an integrative evaluation model of food cold chain logistics enterprises based on matter element model is built up. The result of instance calculation indicates that this method combines qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis effectively, the model structure is simple and normative, providing a referring method for the performance evaluation of enterprises.
