Abstract:
Established index system of Chinese railway operation performance evaluation from the angle of input and output. Evaluated it comprehensively by using Variable Weight Grey Cluster and built a complete performance evaluation and decision table from calculated ash class. Based on advantage of rough set theory to extracte preferred decision rules, gained some useful rules and knowledge. The empirical research of 2000~2009 of rail operations performance: 2000~2007 comprehensive evaluation of China's railway operating performance is steady, 2008~2009 is showing an overall declining trend. In recent years, Combined strategic planning ofChina's railway development, the operational performance is in line with the macro-development policies of our preference for rail transport. Business ofChina's railways is at an important stage of strategic development.
