Abstract:
Rational emergency logistics network is the key of efficient emergency logistics. Nowadays, there are a lot of researches about emergency logistics network, but most of them focus on the emergency logistics network’s abilities to respond to disasters and ignore its anti-disaster abilities. The emergency logistics efficiency will be influenced with a weak emergency logistics network. This paper considered the network’s abilities against disasters and proposed the principle and steps of building the emergency logistics network based on underground logistics system. At last, evaluation (from three aspects: timeliness, safety and cost efficiency) and conclusion of the network were made.
