Abstract: The characters of disasters call for more efficient delivery of the emergency materiel，the materiel need to be delivered to the hazards area．So we need to build a coordinated emergency logistics system to get the works done. This paper draws lessons from system theory, emergency logistics theory, emergency logistics system theory and synergetic theory, as well as the results of related research. Aiming at current study weaknesses and related issues on emergency logistics system, the paper is in use of combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to conduct in-depth exploration and research.
