It is not difficult to find that the efficiency and effectiveness of each link of supply chain often do not match with what was expected in daily operation, and the major reason is the ignorance of behavior factors’ influence in the process of decision management. Therefore, this article carries out questionnaire investigation among people engaged in supply chain performance research and studied the influence level of behavior factors on the supply chain performance by main components analysis method, and then mined out main behavior factors based on behavior supply chain theory, and finally proposed that we should pay more attention to factors such as China’s rules and regulations related supply chain, employees’ perception and decision errors and so on in the future of decision behavior on supply chain based on research results.
