Abstract: Based on the market that is sensitive to price and delivery date, we analyze the joint pricing and delivery date policy. The target is select appropriate price and delivery date to maximize the expected profit under certain Service Level Constraints. By examples, we compared the result with and without the service level constraint, and analyzed the impact of firm and market characteristics on the optimal policy.
