Abstract: Core competence is source of competitive advantage. The paper establishes evaluation index system of core competence of express company. The system includes economic indicators and environmental indicators. It also takes account of economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit. The paper adopts fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate core competence of express company.The model’s feasibility is verified by empirical analysis. The paper provides effective methods to improve competition ability of express company.
