In view of the implementation of environmental cost internalization of supply chain, if the leading manufacturer implements internalization of environmental cost, take government subsidy and outside option into consideration, what the supplier should do. Probe into the cooperation considerations of supplier and manufacturer. It has a positive effect of guiding the implementation of supply chain internalization of environmental cost.
