Abstract: Because of the products’ expertise, industry sales always need to pay a lot of time and money on growing to be the excellent sales. However, because the industrial products and selling process’ feature, as well as a higher level of information at present, it is probable to achieve the objective of standardizing OEM sales process, and to reduce the difficulty of becoming excellent. This paper proved the feasibility of standardizing the industrial OEM sales working process. And thus it designed the standardized program of learning the product, the specific sales process and performance management. Finally, the standardization program has been proved to improve the efficiency of industrial OEM sales process, and can become the blueprint for the promotion of enterprise.
