Abstract: Based on studying the case of “price incident of Carrefour”, I analysis some problems about the foreign retail enterprise in China, such as the excessive competition, Violation of law, disregard for social welfare, etc. I think the transnational enterprise shouldn’t only pay attention to economic benefits. It’s time to focus more on the social responsibility in host country, which means the better business environment for them in the future.
