The financial crisis has still influenced the global car market and the market is still in low position. But with the global economic become more and more stable, the market is about to rebound. The Chinese car market is on a fast development trend, so how to dominate the market is a point to study. After analyzing the characteristics of middle cities in Chinaand the local auto 4S shops, the paper built a evaluation model of the operational capacity of auto 4S shops in middle cities ofChina. By collecting data in the local 4S shops, the paper use cluster analysis to analyze the data, then summarize the operational pattern of the 4S shops. The paper also gives advice and plan to how to manage a 4S shop in middle cities ofChina.
