Abstract: |
More and more enterprises begin to change battlefield into terminal markets and manage the terminal stores effectively with the cost increasing of mass media and sharper and sharper market competence. It has become the important contents that enterprises established marketing decisions and a key point how to manage and contain terminal markets. The paper put forward related tactics how to enhence terminal management and explored it preliminary on strategic and tactical aspects on the basic of analyzing the connotation and major contents.
