Abstract: In the era of low-carbon economy, the corporate marketing tend to low carbon model is the requirement of the epochal, and it is also the inevitable result of the global political and economic environment pressure and the developmental aspirations of the industry. The Rapid development of e - commerce provides enterprises with innovation and development space to implement low carbon marketing. It makes accurate customized marketing possible for enterprises. Low – carbon product strategies and pricing strategy, distribution strategy of low carbon and low - carbon strategy for promotion are analyzed based on e – commerce. Customer relationship management approach is suggested for the purpose of increasing customer loyalty and reducing the loss of customers.
