Abstract: This paper build marketing customer manager competency evaluation factor system in the background of Chinese market culture by investigation 160 marketing customer manager base on competency model theory. The empirical results show that marketing customer manager competency evaluation factors include motivation (3 factors), personal qualities (8 factors), social ability (factor 4) expertise and marketing ability (factor 9), a total of 24 factors. The marketing customer manager competency evaluation factors provide both standard for choose the Excellent marketing customer manager and foundation for enhance the ability of marketing customer manager.
