As a burgeoning industry, the development of network group buying is swift and violent. Basing on the analysis of its current situation, this paper deeply discusses the network business model, from the process of network group buying, the process of operation, and profit model. All this are studied in the popular model of network group buying. Meanwhile, it analyses the key factors which influences the business models in details. It shares practical significance on enterprises whose business are serving for network group buying.
