It is one of the best direct way to develop the county economy between the adjacent cities for solving the problems of the agriculture ,the Rural area, and the farmer, that is three "3 farming" . In the process of economic development, the market of the circulation for commodities plays the role of linking production and consumption, how to perfect the county market, and play the action of the bond, driving the development of the county economy becomes the research subject of this article. Based on the analysis of the particularity of the county economy among the adjacent city, combined with the principle of dynamic mechanism, establish the dynamic mechanism model of the county market, and then take sangzhi city as a case analysis, developed the market strategy and the path with characteristics.
