Abstract:
At present,private university confront more and more fierce competition in China. It has some shortcomings in theory teaching,practice teaching and scientific research ability university because young teachers has a larger proportion in private. This article has a in depth analysis to the problem and reason of financial teaching,and takes a reference to promote financial teacher’s ability of theory teaching,practice teaching and scientific research from two dimensions of teacher and university system.
