Abstract: Entrepreneurship is the effective path to promote economic growth and solve the employment problem. Entrepreneurial capabilities are the key factors to determine the entrepreneurial success. The Colleges and universities have a wealth of innovations and talents. How to promote the integration of the innovations and the talents is the problem which this paper tries to solve. This paper summaries the research achievements of previous scholars on entrepreneurial capabilities and recommend an entrepreneurial capacities structure model which has good measurement validity to be the measurement tool of the students’ entrepreneurial capabilities. Based on this basis, this paper builds the students’ entrepreneurial capabilities information database and the search platform, hoping to enhance the match degree between the entrepreneurial capabilities and the entrepreneurial projects, thereby increasing the incidence and success rate of students’ entrepreneurship.
