Abstract: |
It is the requirement of the times to train high-quality Creative personnel. There are many issues on training of Creative personnel, for example: the higher education limited on teachers’ teaching in classroom, the conflicts on teaching and research, students have no freedom in the classroom and so on. So, it is significant to research how to create a good atmosphere for teaching and studying to promote the progress of teachers and students together. Both atmosphere of "teaching" and "studying" are important part of high-quality education atmosphere. The role of teachers’ accurate polarization, free and creative’s learning atmosphere and positive interaction between them are crucial for training of Creative personnel.
