Making the corporations a practice base for students is an essential approach for universities and colleges to cultivate talents. The cultivation of talents, including applied talents, research talents, creative talents and compound talents, needs to develop theory into practical applications, and the support of corporations too. The reality now is that many corporations lack of the consciousness of cultivating talents, and the practice bases are far away from meeting the requirements of the rapid growth of talents. Based on the goals and requirements of cultivating talents, and the development of corporations, it’s important to strengthen the study of the correlation of base development and the cultivation of talents.
