Abstract: |
By reviewing the research on psychological capital, base on the knowledge workers’ harmonious personality made of power personality, features personality and moral personality, with knowledge workers’ personality traits, job characteristics and concept characteristics, we divided the psychological capital of knowledge workers into five dimensions. And we discuss how the five dimensions affect the performance, construct a model of relation between psychological capital and job performance of knowledge workers; Finally we discuss the model used in the enterprise management and future studies of the model.
