Abstract: With the globalization of economy is going on, multinational companies in Chinaand Chinese companies operating overseas are showing rapid development trend. Localization of human resources which has caused widespread concern of many multinational companies is a key way of overseas operation. From the view of the existing literatures, there are lots of studies focusing on multinational companies inChina. In order to characterize the process of the localization of human resources, content analysis is used to picture it in this paper. Literatures on localization of human resources of multinational companies from CNKI,Chinaacademic journal, outstanding master and doctoral theses databases during the Year 2000 to 2010 are used as a sample for this paper. The literatures are classified in terms of six dimensions: Published year, objects of study, topics, subjects of strategies implementation, methods of study and the countries of multinational company. It also provides implications for overseas Chinese companies.
