Abstract: |
There are three modes of old-age insurance of off-farm workers, one is to put them into the urban old-age insurance system, the second mode is to establish a special system for them, the second mode is to put them in the rural old-age system. These modes lead to the lack of old-age security of off-farm workers, and result in some problems. Through designing a new mode, expect to provide some new ideas for other persons as reference to protect the rights of social old-age security of off-farm workers.
