Contemporary Chinais industrialized transition period, the progress of science and technology for economic and social development driving force has become a general consensus, and in the field of innovation of science and technology, science and technology talent is the one and only scarce resource, is the foundation of rejuvenating the country through science and education. Therefore, how to train, attract, retain, mining technology innovation talents, and placed under the mode of integration of production, studying and discovery become contemporary China whether in government, business or scientific research system in university must take seriously the issue. This article aims to take from the perspective of integration mode of innovative science and technology talent cultivation.
