Abstract:
Total Compensation promises as a way to resolve the incentive failure and incentive ineffective problems of traditional compensation system in college. Analysis the existing problems of Total Compensation program implementation in college e.g. there is a lack of strategic consideration of college faculty total compensation, the degree of compensation satisfaction is low totally, the compensation culture is not fit for the college compensation strategy, this article gives some propositions----follow certain criteria and base on college faculty’s compensation preference and so on.
