Abstract: With the recovery of global economy and the improvement of outsourcing amount and frequency to developing countries, Chinaservice outsourcing industry development will gain much more achievements. Service outsourcing industry is a talent intensive industry, and many employees who have received good education are needed. In this essay, some urgent problems appeared in the service outsourcing talent training in colleges are listed and some countermeasures are put forward.
