Abstract: In general, emerging labor force in rural areas has been in an inferior position during labor force transfer process due to its lower educational level, less professional accomplishments and inadequate professional skills. Through vocational training, both educational level and professional skills of the emerging labor force in rural areas can be effectively improved to adapt to the new industrial sectors, with practical significance in sustainable development of emerging labor force in rural areas. In this article, characteristics of emerging labor force in rural areas have been fully analyzed. A training system for emerging labor force in rural areas has been proposed, which contains several components such as training requirement analysis, training content, training methods, training evaluation, guarantee measures of training and information service for training.
