Abstract: In the next few years, china’s urbanization speed will accelerate so that a large number of labor forces will transfer to the town. Because of the differences of the natural conditions and the disproportion of social and economic development, the selection of the transferring paths of different district’s rural labor forces may have differences. In the developed districts, especially eastern and south of China, much rural labor forces transferred to the local towns while there are different scenes in the developing districts-the western of China. From the survey of 31 villages in Sichuanprovince, the result argues that because the weak foundation of the non-agricultural industries, the aggregation of population level is limit, most of the rural labor forces haven’t transferred to the local towns but transferred to the large and medium-sized cities.
