Abstract: |
Knowledge-based talent has become a decisive factor in the development of enterprises and schools. Therefore, the schools charging with the responsibility of social education are facing a competition for knowledge-based talent. How to reduce the outflow of talent is becoming an urgent and difficult problem to school. The paper addresses this issue and put forwards to construct a quaternity incentive mechanism of human resource management to knowledge-based talents in order to increase enthusiasm of teachers and reduce the outflow of talent.
