Abstract: |
Personnel archives as part of the reform of personnel institutions, it should be improved and innovated in the process of the reform of personnel institutions. Under the background of reform of personnel institutions, the paper analyzes the existing issues in the management of personnel archives and presents the corresponding innovative solutions which are personnel archives construction focusing on the requirement of talents, new system construction of personnel archives management in information times, service idea reform of personnel archives and uninterrupted innovation on the work of personnel archives.
